Day or Night..?

Are you more of a night or morning person?

🌙 Personal Narrative: Life as a Night Person

I’ve always been more alive after dark. Maybe it’s because I got used to working nights — the rhythm of the city feels different when most people are asleep. The quiet hours give me focus, the music feels louder, and the conversations hit deeper.

Even now, I wouldn’t mind working nights again, as long as the schedule is set. Consistency is everything. Without it, sleep becomes a battle — tossing, turning, staring at the ceiling while the rest of the world wakes up.

Being a night person isn’t just about staying up late. It’s about finding energy when the sun goes down, about thriving in the hours when distractions fade. It’s about embracing the stillness and making it your own.

  1. I’m Pre-apocalyptic. So, it depends on the alignment of heavenly bodies. That having been said… there’s not much to see on a cloudy night.

    1. I love the way you put that — “pre‑apocalyptic” feels like a whole mood. The alignment of heavenly bodies definitely sets the tone, and you’re right: cloudy nights can make it feel like the universe is hiding its secrets. Sometimes that absence is its own kind of presence though — the mystery of what’s behind the clouds can be just as powerful as the stars we see. Thanks for dropping such a cosmic perspective into the conversation.
