✊🏾 Day Seven: The Voices That Demanded Justice

They didn’t whisper.
They roared.
They wrote, marched, organized, and testified.
They demanded a world that didn’t just include us — but respected us.

Ida B. Wells
She wrote truth into the public record.
She exposed lynching with facts and fury.
Her journalism was a weapon — and she wielded it with grace.

Bayard Rustin
He was the strategist behind the scenes.
He organized the March on Washington.
He believed in nonviolence — and practiced it with brilliance.

Fannie Lou Hamer
She spoke truth to power — and didn’t flinch.
Her voice shook the halls of Congress.
She reminded America: “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired.”

These are the voices that demanded justice.
They didn’t wait for permission. They made history.
